Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Service

Mrir is a signal mirroring tool that parses signal messages from Discord channels you authorize and executes trades on your MT5 account. You are responsible for the signal sources you connect and the settings you configure.

2. Signal Providers

Mrir is strictly a mirroring and execution utility. We do not operate, endorse, verify, audit, or have any control over third-party signal providers or the channels you choose to connect. We make no representation as to the accuracy, honesty, track record, or profitability of any signal provider. Any claims made by a signal provider — including performance figures, win rates, or profit projections — are solely the responsibility of that provider. Mrir accepts no liability for dishonest, misleading, or inaccurate content published by signal providers, nor for any losses arising from acting on their signals.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments, including leveraged products such as gold and foreign exchange, carries a substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. Mrir does not guarantee profits. Past performance of any signal provider or mirrored strategy is not indicative of future results. You trade at your own risk.

4. No Investment Advice

Mrir is a technology tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the service should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

5. Automated Execution

By connecting an MT5 account, you authorize Mrir to execute and modify trades on your behalf without further confirmation. Orders are placed automatically as signals are received. Execution is subject to real market conditions including spread, slippage, liquidity, and broker-side restrictions, all of which may cause results to differ from signal prices. Features such as trailing stops and auto protection are convenience tools and do not assure any particular outcome.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The service depends on third-party platforms including Discord, MetaTrader 5, and your broker's infrastructure. Outages, rate limits, API changes, or connectivity failures affecting those platforms may delay or prevent signal delivery and trade execution. Mrir is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. You confirm that you are authorized to connect any MT5 account you link to the service.

8. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed upfront for the selected cycle (quarterly or annual) and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew. All payments are final and non-refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel your renewal at least three (3) days before it is due — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We may adjust pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful trading activity, to resell access without authorization, to reverse engineer the platform, or to connect signal sources you do not have permission to monitor.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrir is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the service, including losses from trade execution, signal errors, provider misrepresentation, market conditions, or technical failures. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
