Mrir ("we", "our", "us") operates the Mrir platform. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data We Collect

• Account details: your email address and display name.
• MT5 credentials: broker server, account number, and password — encrypted before storage.
• Account snapshots: balance and equity figures read from your MT5 account to power your dashboard and statistics.
• Discord source configuration: bot token (encrypted), channel ID, and channel name for the channels you connect.
• Message content: signal messages, author names, and timestamps from the channels you authorize, used to parse signals and display your feed.

How We Use Data

Your MT5 credentials are used only to connect to your broker and execute the trades you configure. Discord access is used only to monitor the channels you authorize. Message content is used to parse and execute signals and to maintain your signal feed and history.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service: hosting and database (Railway), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), frontend hosting (Vercel), and the Discord and MetaTrader APIs required to connect your channels and broker. We share only the data necessary for each provider to perform its function, and never sell your data.

Data Storage & Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest before storage and decrypted only when needed to connect to your broker. Your login session and interface preferences (such as theme and time display) are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device.

Retention & Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. When you cancel or request deletion, your MT5 credentials, Discord source configuration, and stored message content are removed. Transactional records are kept only as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
