Frequently Asked Questions
Which signal platforms are supported?
Discord is available now. Telegram signal support is coming soon.
Does Mrir support my broker?
Mrir currently supports verified MT5 profiles for PU Prime, VT Markets, Pepperstone, Tickmill, Admirals, OANDA, IC Markets, Exness, FP Markets, XM, and FOREX.com. Select your broker and exact MT5 server during setup. Availability can vary by region and account entity. If your broker or server is missing, contact support so we can verify it before you submit credentials.
How do I know which instruments will be traded?
Only the broker symbols you explicitly select are ever traded. Signals for any other instrument are ignored.
Do I need a VPS?
No. Mrir runs entirely in the cloud. You only provide your MT5 account details and connect a Discord channel.
How is my MT5 password stored?
Your credentials are encrypted at rest before storage. They are decrypted only when needed to connect to your broker.
Does Mrir give investment advice?
No. Mrir is a technology tool that mirrors signals you choose. It does not provide financial advice and cannot guarantee profits.
What happens when a take-profit is hit?
Mrir keeps one broker take-profit active. Depending on your trailing mode, earlier targets trigger stop-loss changes while the position remains open.
What are the trailing modes?
Standard mode (the default) moves your stop loss to breakeven as soon as TP1 is hit, then follows each further target to lock in profit. Breathable mode gives the trade extra room after TP1 and moves to breakeven at TP2 instead — useful when small pullbacks are common. Scalp mode closes the whole trade at TP1 and does not trail. No trailing leaves the original stop loss and final target untouched.
How does lot size protection work?
Lot size is set per MT5 account. Mrir checks your broker symbols before saving and rejects values outside the broker minimum, maximum, or volume step.
What is the broker take-profit?
Mrir places one broker take-profit: the furthest signal target (TP1 in Scalp mode). Earlier targets act as trailing milestones.
What is auto execution protection?
Auto execution protection is a permanent per-account safety net for signals that arrive without a stop loss or take-profit (such as NOW entries). It is always on: the position opens immediately and Mrir attaches a default protective SL and TP so the trade is never left unprotected. When the follow-up adjustment message arrives, the real signal SL/TP replaces the automatic levels.
What are the default auto protection distances?
Defaults are 50 units for the stop loss and 150 units for the take-profit, a fixed 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio. Both distances are editable per account in the MT5 account settings.
Does auto protection affect trailing?
No. Auto protection levels are stored separately from the real signal take-profits and are cleared when an adjustment message applies the real SL/TP. Trailing stop logic only ever works off the real signal levels, so auto protection cannot override or interfere with your trailing mode.
What happens if my account does not have enough margin?
The broker rejects the order and the signal shows as failed in your feed with the broker's error (for example, 'No money'). Reduce the lot size on that account or add funds; the next signal will execute normally.
Can one signal source feed multiple accounts?
Yes. Every account connected to the same source receives the same signals, and each account's own trailing mode and lot size apply. You can also limit which sources feed each account in that account's settings.
How many MT5 accounts can I connect?
Basic supports 1 account, Pro supports 2, and Lifetime supports 5. Existing accounts are not removed when plan limits change, but new accounts cannot exceed the current plan limit.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are final and non-refundable. If you no longer want to continue, cancel your renewal at least 3 days before the next charge from the billing page — you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Dashboard → Billing and choose "Manage billing / cancel renewal". Canceling stops future charges; it does not end your current period. Cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Can I cancel or close a trade?
Yes. Close/cancel signals from the monitored channel are applied to open positions automatically.
